Wee-An is in his fourth year of a Commerce/Law degree, majoring in Business Economics. He was the Executive Editor of the Journal in 2016.
Over summer of 2014, he worked as a research assistant for a barrister and developed an interest in public law. He is the recipient of an Academic Achievement Award (AAA) Scholarship, and was on the 2013 Dean’s List for the Australian School of Business.
He served on the 2015 Law Society Executive as the Mooting Training Director. In 2014, he was a Grand Finalist in the Ashurst Intermediate Mooting Competition, and also coordinated the Ashurst Beginners Mooting Competition.
In his spare time, he enjoys history, novels and the Economist. He also enjoys Taekwondo, which he teaches at a local primary school – he represented UNSW Taekwondo at the 2013 and 2014 Australian University Games. This is his third year on the Journal.
