Amelia Loughland

Amelia is a fifth year Arts/Law student and has been on the Editorial Board of the Journal since 2016. She is currently balancing her studies with work as a research officer at the Judicial Commission of NSW and as a research assistant to a barrister and academics at the UNSW Law School. She has been an active member of the University, including as Gender Equality Officer of the UNSW Law Society, Law Peer Tutor, and Vice President of the Debating Society. Amelia is interested in criminal law and feminist legal theory and hopes to practise as a Crown Prosecutor. In what is left of her spare time, she enjoys (/attempts) yoga and trying out Sydney’s many excellent bars and restaurants.
