Ellen O'Rourke

Ellen O’Rourke is a fourth year Arts/Law student, majoring in Criminology. She has been on the Dean’s List for academic excellence in Arts since 2014. Ellen is also an active member of the law school. She has competed in the beginners, intermediate and senior mooting competitions, and in 2015 was awarded runner’s up at the intermediate grand final. 
 
In 2016, Ellen was a Public Interest Careers Director and an editor for the Court of Conscience, an award winning social justice publication. In 2017, Ellen was appointed as Editor-in-Chief of the Court of Conscience. 
 
Ellen also works as a paralegal at an international law firm and has spent time volunteering for Salvos Legal Humanitarian. In her spare time, she enjoys keeping fit, reading and coastal walks.
